Savely Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Savely ("Savely", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Savely mobile application ("App").

Savely is a personal discount calendar and spending tracker designed to help you record store member days, weekend sales, seasonal offers, flash deals, purchases, spending, and savings directly on your device.

We designed Savely around a local-first privacy model. Except where information is necessarily processed by Apple or other platform services involved in features you explicitly use, Savely does not operate a cloud database containing your personal discount records.

2. Information You Choose to Store in Savely

Savely allows you to create and manage personal discount and purchase records. Depending on the features you use, information stored locally may include:

• Store names;
• Discount or deal titles;
• Deal types;
• Discount values;
• Deal dates;
• Weekly or monthly calendar patterns;
• Personal notes;
• Photos that you choose to attach to a discount;
• Voice notes that you choose to record;
• Purchase amounts;
• Savings amounts;
• Locally generated statistics and store breakdowns;
• Your locally maintained Points balance and related transaction information.

This information is intended to remain on your device and is used to provide the App's calendar, discount management, purchase tracking, search, filtering, and statistics features.

3. No Account Required

Savely does not require you to create an account, provide a username, provide a password, or sign in to use the App's core features.

Savely does not maintain a user profile on a Savely-operated server. There is no public profile, social feed, messaging system, community feature, or public user-generated-content system.

4. Local Storage

Discount records, purchase records, notes, photos, voice notes, statistics, application settings, and the locally maintained Points wallet are stored using local device storage and application data mechanisms.

Savely does not provide cloud synchronization for these records. Therefore, Savely does not transmit your personal discount database to a Savely cloud service for synchronization between devices.

If you delete the App or otherwise remove its local application data, information stored only within the App may no longer be available.

5. Photos and Camera Access

Savely may allow you to attach a photo to a discount record. Depending on the action you choose, the App may request access to your device camera or photo library.

Camera access is requested only when you choose an action that requires taking a photo. Photo library access is requested when you choose to select a photo from your library.

Photos you attach to discount records are used to provide the selected in-app feature and are stored locally as part of your App data.

Savely does not upload your attached discount photos to a Savely cloud service.

6. Microphone and Voice Notes

Savely may allow you to attach a voice note to a discount record. Microphone access is requested only when you choose to record a voice note.

Voice recordings are used to provide the voice-note feature and are stored locally as part of the relevant App data.

Savely does not upload your voice recordings to a Savely-operated cloud service.

7. Push Notifications

Savely may request permission to use push notifications at launch.

However, the Calendar Reminder modes associated with discount calendar entries are informational calendar-display features. They do not schedule system push notifications or local notification alerts for individual deals.

If notification authorization is granted, the operating system controls notification permissions and delivery behavior. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

8. App Tracking Transparency

Savely may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency authorization prompt shortly after launch.

This system permission is controlled by Apple and gives you the opportunity to decide whether an app may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for purposes covered by Apple's tracking definition.

Savely does not require an account to use its local discount and spending features. If tracking-related technologies or third-party services are used in a particular version of the App, their operation is subject to the permissions and disclosures presented by the App and the applicable Apple platform rules.

9. Apple In-App Purchases

Savely offers optional consumable Points packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Available Points packs may include:

Actual prices may vary by region, currency, applicable taxes, and Apple's pricing rules. The price displayed by Apple at the time of purchase controls the transaction.

Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Savely does not directly receive or store your Apple payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials used by Apple to process the purchase.

Savely's Points are consumable digital items. After a successful purchase, the corresponding Points are added to the local Points wallet on the device.

Because Points are consumable purchases, Savely does not provide a "Restore Purchases" function for previously consumed Points.

10. Points and Local Wallet Information

The first five newly created discounts are free. After the free quota has been used, each newly created discount requires 40 Points.

Editing an existing discount does not consume Points.

Points are maintained in the App's local wallet and do not expire. The Points balance and related local transaction records are stored on the device.

The App uses information about Points transactions to determine whether a user has sufficient Points to perform an action that requires Points.

11. Purchase Tracking

Savely allows you to manually record purchases associated with discounts. You may enter information such as the amount paid and savings.

This information is used to calculate and display statistics such as total spending, total savings, and store-level breakdowns for selected periods.

Savely does not connect to your bank account, credit card account, payment wallet, or financial institution to automatically retrieve transaction information.

12. Statistics

Savely can calculate local statistics for periods such as:

• This Month;
• The Last 3 Months;
• All Time.

These statistics are generated from information you have entered into the App and are intended for personal budgeting and discount-tracking purposes.

Statistics are processed locally within the App and are not intended to constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, or professional financial advice.

13. Search and Filtering

Savely may allow you to search and filter your locally stored discount records by information such as store name, deal title, or deal type.

Search and filtering functionality operates on the discount information available within the App and does not require uploading your records to a remote search service.

14. Information We Do Not Collect Through Savely's Core Features

Savely's core local functionality does not require us to collect:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• Your telephone number;
• A Savely account password;
• Your contacts;
• Your social media account information;
• Your bank account credentials;
• Your credit card number;
• Your precise location;
• Your personal discount database on a Savely cloud server.

This list describes the App's core local-first functionality and does not override information that may be independently processed by Apple or by the operating system in connection with your device, App Store account, purchases, permissions, diagnostics, or other platform services.

15. Apple and Third-Party Platform Services

Savely is distributed through Apple's App Store and may use Apple platform capabilities, including StoreKit and system permission frameworks.

When you use Apple's services, Apple may process information according to Apple's own privacy policies, terms, and technical systems.

For example, Apple may process information necessary to authenticate and complete an App Store or In-App Purchase transaction.

Savely does not control Apple's independent processing activities. You should review Apple's current privacy documentation and applicable terms for information about Apple's handling of platform data.

16. Data Sharing

Savely does not operate a social network or public sharing service. Your discount records, purchase records, attached photos, and voice notes are not published to other Savely users.

Savely does not sell your personal information.

Savely does not provide your local discount database to advertisers, data brokers, or other companies for their independent use.

Any processing that is necessary for Apple's platform services, such as processing an In-App Purchase, is performed under the applicable platform provider's systems and policies.

17. Data Security

We use the local-first design of Savely to reduce the need to transmit personal records over the internet.

However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The security of locally stored information may also depend on the security of your device, operating system, passcode, account settings, and physical access to your device.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls on your device.

18. Data Retention and Deletion

Savely's local records generally remain on your device until you delete or modify them, delete the App or its application data, or otherwise remove the relevant local data.

Because Savely does not maintain a cloud account containing your core discount records, there is generally no separate Savely server account that you need to request us to delete.

You can manage or delete individual records using the App's available controls.

You may also delete the App from your device, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.

19. Children's Privacy

Savely is a general personal productivity and spending-tracking application. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through an online account or cloud service.

Because Savely does not require a user account for its core features, it does not knowingly establish online profiles for children.

20. International Users

Savely is designed as a local-only application, which means that the primary App records you create are stored on your device rather than transmitted to a Savely-operated cloud database.

Apple and other platform services may independently process information according to their own infrastructure, policies, and applicable requirements.

If you use Savely in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, applicable rights may depend on the law that applies to you and the nature of the information involved.

21. Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict certain processing.

Because Savely's core personal records are stored locally on your device and Savely does not maintain a cloud account for those records, many data-management actions can be performed directly within the App or through your device's storage controls.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Savely, applicable law, Apple's platform requirements, or our privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
